This complete ownership, Vaswani contends, is a strategic advantage that helps build long-term embedded value.

He further elaborated on the benefits of this integrated model, emphasizing the significant advantages of cross-selling across business lines, particularly within institutional banking. Vaswani illustrated how an introduction from a corporate banker can lead to the investment bank working on an IPO, research producing reports, treasury managing foreign exchange, and the consumer bank acquiring balances, thereby catering to the customer comprehensively.
