इस दौरान, कंपनी के डायरेक्टर्स और की मैनेजमेंट पर्सनल (key management personnel) Hind Rectifiers के शेयर खरीद या बेच नहीं पाएंगे। यह नियम इसलिए बनाया गया है ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि सभी निवेशकों को एक समान जानकारी मिले और शेयर बाज़ार में किसी भी तरह की धांधली को रोका जा सके।

निवेशकों को क्या है इंतज़ार?

फिलहाल, कंपनी के शेयरधारकों की नज़रें बोर्ड मीटिंग की तारीख पर टिकी हैं। बोर्ड की मीटिंग में ही फाइनेंशियल रिजल्ट्स को अंतिम मंजूरी दी जाएगी। इसके बाद ही नतीजों का ऐलान किया जाएगा और फिर ट्रेडिंग विंडो को फिर से खोला जाएगा।
