कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट की डिविजन बेंच (Division Bench) ने Starlog Enterprises की सब्सिडियरी (Subsidiary) Starlift Services Private Limited के पक्ष में ₹9.02 करोड़ का आर्बिट्रेशन अवार्ड (Arbitration Award) बहाल कर दिया है। यह अवार्ड मूल रूप से 18 अप्रैल 2011 को दिया गया था, जिसे 24 दिसंबर 2020 को एक सिंगल जज (Single Judge) के ऑर्डर ने रद्द कर दिया था। 9 अप्रैल 2026 को आए हाई कोर्ट के फैसले ने उस रद्द किए गए अवार्ड को प्रभावी रूप से पलट दिया है।

कंपनी का बयान और आगे की राह
