क्यों बंद हो रही है ट्रेडिंग विंडो?

SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 के नियमों का सख्ती से पालन करते हुए, Indo National Limited ने 1 अप्रैल, 2026 से 'ट्रेडिंग विंडो' को बंद करने का फैसला किया है। यह पाबंदी कंपनी के 31 मार्च, 2026 को समाप्त हुए चौथी तिमाही (Q4) और पूरे फाइनेंशियल ईयर (FY26) के ऑडिटेड फाइनेंशियल रिजल्ट्स के ऐलान के 48 घंटे बाद तक जारी रहेगी।

इस कदम का मुख्य उद्देश्य अनपब्लिश्ड प्राइस सेंसिटिव इंफॉर्मेशन (UPSI) का किसी भी तरह का दुरुपयोग रोकना और यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि सभी रेगुलेटरी इनफॉर्मेशन पब्लिक डोमेन में एक साथ जाए। इससे मार्केट की इंटीग्रिटी (Market Integrity) बनी रहती है और निवेशकों का भरोसा कायम रहता है।

आगे क्या होगा?

कंपनी की ओर से बोर्ड मीटिंग की तय तारीख, जिसमें इन नतीजों को मंजूरी दी जाएगी, की जानकारी अलग से दी जाएगी। जैसे ही रिजल्ट्स का ऐलान होगा, उसके 48 घंटे बाद ट्रेडिंग विंडो फिर से खोल दी जाएगी।
