Elantas Beck India Ltd. has scheduled its 70th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for May 12, 2026, to be conducted virtually.
Key proposals for shareholders include adopting the company's audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2025 and voting on a proposed dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share for FY2025.
The meeting agenda also covers the appointment of MSKA & Associates LLP as the company's Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, commencing FY 2026. Additionally, shareholders will vote on the re-appointment of directors Mr. Ravindra Kumar and Mr. Nandkumar Dhekne. The remuneration for the Cost Auditors for FY 2025, set at up to ₹2.00 lakh, will also be subject to ratification.
The company also noted unclaimed dividends totaling ₹1,85,431.50 from FY 2018. These unclaimed funds are slated for transfer to the Investors Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) on July 10, 2026.
Shareholders are reminded that dividend payments for approved dividends may be withheld if KYC, PAN, or bank details are not updated by the May 5, 2026, cut-off date. After the transfer to the IEPF, claims for these specific unclaimed funds must be processed through the IEPF.
