எட்டெக் நிறுவனமான PhysicsWallah-ன் மிகவும் எதிர்பார்க்கப்பட்ட ஆரம்ப பொது வழங்கல் (IPO) நவம்பர் 11 மற்றும் நவம்பர் 13 க்கு இடையில் பொது சந்தாவிற்கு திறக்கப்படும். நிறுவனம் இந்த புக் பில்ட் வெளியீடு மூலம் ₹3,480 கோடி திரட்ட திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது. இதில் ₹3,100.00 கோடி புதிய பங்குகள் வெளியீட்டிலிருந்தும், ₹380.00 கோடி விற்பனைக்கான சலுகையிலிருந்தும் (Offer for Sale) அடங்கும். IPO மூலம் திரட்டப்படும் நிதி, புதிய ஆஃப்லைன் மற்றும் ஹைப்ரிட் கற்றல் மையங்கள் மூலம் நிறுவனத்தின் இருப்பை விரிவுபடுத்தும் நோக்கில் மூலதன செலவினங்களுக்காக (Capital Expenditures) ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இணை நிறுவனர்களான அலாக் பாண்டே மற்றும் பிரதீக் பூப், வென்ச்சர் கேபிடல் முதலீட்டாளர்களான வெஸ்ட் பிரிட்ஜ் கேபிடல் (WestBridge Capital) மற்றும் ஹார்ன்பில் கேபிடல் (Hornbill Capital) உடன், நிறுவனத்தில் குறிப்பிடத்தக்க பங்குகளை வைத்துள்ளனர். கோடாக் மஹிந்திரா கேபிடல் (Kotak Mahindra Capital) இந்த IPO-க்கான முதன்மை மேலாளராக செயல்படுகிறது. நிறுவன முதலீட்டாளர்களுக்கான ஏங்கர் புக் (Anchor Book) நவம்பர் 10 அன்று திறக்கப்படும், மேலும் இந்த பங்குகள் சுமார் நவம்பர் 18 அன்று பரிவர்த்தனை தளங்களில் பட்டியலிடப்படும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
