ਮੁਰੂਗੱਪਾ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਕੰਪਨੀ, ਟਿਊਬ ਇਨਵੈਸਟਮੈਂਟਸ ਆਫ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਨੇ, ਸਤੰਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਈ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ₹5,523 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਕੁੱਲ ਮਾਲੀਆ (consolidated revenue) ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਇਸੇ ਮਿਆਦ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ 12% ਦਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦਾ ਕੁੱਲ ਨੈੱਟ ਪ੍ਰਾਫਿਟ (consolidated net profit) ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਇਸੇ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ₹299 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਹੁਣ ਥੋੜ੍ਹਾ ਵੱਧ ਕੇ ₹302 ਕਰੋੜ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਟੈਂਡਅਲੋਨ (Standalone) ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ, ਟਿਊਬ ਇਨਵੈਸਟਮੈਂਟਸ ਨੇ ਸਤੰਬਰ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਲਈ ₹2,119 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਮਾਲੀਆ ਕਮਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੇ ₹2,065 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਟੈਂਡਅਲੋਨ ਟੈਕਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੁਨਾਫਾ (profit after tax - PAT) ₹187 ਕਰੋੜ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ₹168 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਪਾਈ ਗਈ। CG ਪਾਵਰ ਐਂਡ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀਅਲ ਸੋਲਿਊਸ਼ਨਜ਼ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ (CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited), ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਿਊਬ ਇਨਵੈਸਟਮੈਂਟਸ ਦੀ 56.29% ਹਿੱਸੇਦਾਰੀ ਹੈ, ਨੇ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਲਈ ₹2,923 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਕੁੱਲ ਮਾਲੀਆ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ₹2,413 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਫੀ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੈ। CG ਪਾਵਰ ਦਾ ਟੈਕਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੁਨਾਫਾ (profit before tax) ₹294 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਵਧ ਕੇ ₹388 ਕਰੋੜ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸਦੇ ਉਲਟ, ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਗੀਅਰਜ਼ (Shanthi Gears), ਜੋ ਗੀਅਰਜ਼ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਿਊਬ ਇਨਵੈਸਟਮੈਂਟਸ ਦੀ 70.46% ਹਿੱਸੇਦਾਰੀ ਹੈ, ਨੇ ₹132 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਮਾਲੀਆ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਇਸੇ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਦੇ ₹155 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਗੀਅਰਜ਼ ਦਾ ਟੈਕਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੁਨਾਫਾ (profit before tax) ₹34 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਘਟ ਕੇ ₹29 ਕਰੋੜ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ (Segment-wise), ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ (engineering) ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਦਾ ਮਾਲੀਆ ₹1,323 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਵਧ ਕੇ ₹1,382 ਕਰੋੜ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਮੈਟਲ ਫਾਰਮਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਡਕਟਸ (Metal Formed Products) ਦਾ ਮਾਲੀਆ ₹404 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਵੱਧ ਕੇ ₹408 ਕਰੋੜ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਮੋਬਿਲਿਟੀ ਸੈਗਮੈਂਟ (mobility segment) ਦਾ ਮਾਲੀਆ ₹168 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਵਧ ਕੇ ₹194 ਕਰੋੜ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ: ਇਹ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਕੁਸ਼ਲਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਨਾਫੇ ਦਾ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀਕੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਇਸਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਰ ਵਾਧਾ ਅਤੇ CG ਪਾਵਰ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਹਨ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਗੀਅਰਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ 'ਤੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। (ਰੇਟਿੰਗ: 7/10)
