Tata Motors ne 15th May 2026 ko announce kiya ki unhone Freight Commerce Solutions Private Ltd (Freight Tiger) mein extra 18% equity kharidi hai, jisme ₹95.66 crore lagaye hain. Iske baad company ka total stake 63.6% ho gaya hai. Yaad hai, October 2023 mein bhi Tata Motors ne 26.79% stake ₹150 crore mein liya tha. Yeh news aate hi BSE par Tata Motors ke shares 5.22% badh kar ₹356.55 par close hue.
Digital Logistics Ecosystem ka Future
Tata Motors ka vision hai vehicle manufacturing ko digital logistics se jodna. Freight Tiger ke paas ek SaaS-enabled marketplace aur cloud-based Transportation Management System (TMS) hai, jo businesses ko fleet owners aur logistics providers se jodta hai.
