Yeh facility railway ke liye forged wheels banayegi aur iska trial production iss quarter mein shuru ho jayega, commercial operations fiscal year ke pehle half tak start ho jayenge. Yeh plant Titagarh Rail Systems ke saath ek joint venture mein banaya gaya hai aur yeh Asia ka doosra sabse bada forged wheel facility hoga.
Ab sabse important baat – Railways Ministry ne is plant ke liye ₹12,227 Crore ki ek mega order confirm ki hai. Is contract ke tehet, company ko 20 saal mein 15.4 lakh forged wheels supply karne honge. Ramkrishna Forgings, jisme 51% stake hai, har saal Indian Railways ko 40,000 se 50,000 wheels deliver karne ka target rakhti hai.
Sirf India hi nahi, company ka global game plan bhi strong hai. Woh apni 30% capacity export ke liye use karne ka plan kar rahe hain, khaas kar North America aur Europe mein. Yeh strategy China se supply chain ko diversify karne ke global trend ko pakadne mein madad karegi.
Future ki baat karein toh, Ramkrishna Forgings ka vision hai ki 2030 tak revenue ₹10,000 Crore tak pahunchaye aur saal mein 10 lakh tonnes metal process kare. Yeh naya Chennai plant company ki current processing capacity mein 2.2 lakh tonnes add karega.
Company apne revenue mix ko bhi adjust kar rahi hai. Abhi 74% revenue automotive se aata hai, lekin agle 2 saal mein yeh 65-70% ho sakta hai. Railways 10-15% contribute karegi, aur oil & gas jaise sectors bhi growth dikhayenge. FY27 mein FY26 ke muqable 20-25% revenue growth expect hai.
