Breaking News! Union Cabinet ne UDAN scheme ke next phase ke liye ₹28,840 Crore ka bada package approve kar diya hai. Agle 10 saal tak ye paisa regional flights ko boost karne mein lagega, jisme 100 naye airports aur 200 helipads banane ka plan hai.

Connectivity Ka Naya Plan

Toh bhai, ye jo ₹28,840 Crore ka fund hai, ye FY2026 se FY2035-36 tak use hoga taaki desh mein regional flights ka scene better ho sake. Ismein se ₹12,159 Crore naye airports banane mein jayenge aur ₹3,661 Crore helipads ke liye. Aur jo routes pe zyada demand nahi hai, unko chalane ke liye airline operators ko ₹10,043 Crore ka Viability Gap Funding (VGF) bhi milega. Plus, jo airports operational hain unke operation aur maintenance ke liye bhi ₹2,577 Crore rakhe gaye hain.

Desi Aviation Ko Boost

Sabse cool baat ye hai ki ye scheme 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' ko bhi support karegi. Modi government Pawan Hans ke liye 2 HAL Dhruv helicopters aur Alliance Air ke liye 2 HAL Dornier aircraft bhi buy kar rahi hai. Apne desh ke hi planes aur helicopters honge! Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) ka order book toh ₹2.59 lakh crore se bhi zyada ka hai, matlab aane wale saalon mein achi earning dikh sakti hai. Par haan, HAL ka P/E ratio abhi 27.46x ke aas paas hai, jo analysts ko thoda high lag raha hai.

Sector Ka Current Scene

Par bhai, sirf paisa fenkne se kaam nahi chalta. Indian aviation sector abhi thoda mushkil time se guzar raha hai. FY2026 mein airlines ko ₹170-180 billion ka net loss ho sakta hai, jo last year se kaafi zyada hai. Domestic flights mein growth bhi 0-3% tak hi rehne ka estimate hai. Nifty Aviation Index ka PE 20.0 hai, jabki HAL ka 27.46x hai. HAL ka valuation toh apne 10-year median se 93% upar chal raha hai, isliye kuch experts thoda caution dikha rahe hain, jabki kuch abhi bhi 'Buy' karne ko keh rahe hain, jinka target ₹5,179 ke aas paas hai.

Viability Ka Sawal

Pehle bhi UDAN scheme chalayi gayi thi, jisme 663 routes aur 95 airports operational hue, aur 16 million se zyada passengers ne travel kiya. Lekin, pichle saal 2023-24 mein passengers kam bhi hue the. Asli problem ye hai ki kam demand wale regional routes pe profit banana bohot tough hai. Government ka support toh hai, par long-term viability ka sawal abhi bhi bana hua hai.

Future Kya Kehta Hai?

Ye naya UDAN 2.0 plan 'Viksit Bharat 2047' ka hissa hai. Agar ye scheme apne target achieve karti hai aur regional connectivity badhati hai, toh bade shehron ke saath chote shehron ka bhi vikas hoga. Lekin aviation sector ki current financial health aur HAL ki valuation dekhte hue, success kaafi hadd tak government ki continuous support aur effective planning par depend karegi.
