Dekho bhaiyo, Airport regulator ne Navi Mumbai International Airport ke liye paison ka hisaab-kitaab badal diya hai. Pichhle projections ke compared mein ab airport operator ka revenue kaafi kam hone wala hai.

Passengers ke liye Khushkhabri

AERA (Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India) ne saaf keh diya hai ki ab passengers se jyada fees nahi li jayegi. Domestic flyers ko ab sirf ₹620 dene honge, jo pehle ₹742 maange ja rahe the. Aur international travellers ke liye bhi ye fee ghatakar ₹1,225 kar di gayi hai, pehle ₹1,467 ka proposal tha. Ye rate 2025-30 tak lagu rahenge, matlab aapka travel thoda sasta hoga.

Operator ka Revenue Requirement Bhi Gira

Sirf passenger fees hi nahi, AERA ne airport operator ke Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) ko bhi lagbhag aadha kar diya hai. Jaha NMIAL (Navi Mumbai International Airport Limited) ne ₹28,290 crore ka ARR estimate kiya tha, regulator ne ise kam karke sirf ₹14,087 crore set kiya hai. Iska seedha matlab hai ki operator ko is period mein expect se kam revenue milega, jisse unke investment par returns par bhi asar pad sakta hai.

Aage kya hoga?

AERA ka ye kadam future mein aane wale airport projects ke liye ek signal ho sakta hai. Shayad ab sabhi ko regulatory oversight ke liye taiyar rehna padega. NMIAL ke liye ye revenue cut unke future expansion plans par sawaal khada karta hai, aur investors ke liye bhi ye project kam attractive ho sakta hai. Ab dekhna hoga ki NMIAL is situation mein kya karta hai.
