IRCTC ka naya plan: Ab Digital Food Audits se badhega hygiene level, stock par kya asar padega?

IRCTC ne Quality Council of India (QCI) ke saath haath milaya hai taaki trains mein milne wale khane ki quality ko digital surprise audits se check kiya ja sake. Company saal bhar mein lagbhag 580 million meals serve karti hai, toh ye move unke brand image ke liye kaafi bada hai.

Ab khane ki quality par hogi digital nazar

IRCTC ab purane tareekon ko chhod kar digital ho raha hai. QCI ke saath milkar ab geo-tagging aur time-stamping ke zariye surprise audits honge. Iska matlab hai ki ab pantry cars aur base kitchens ki real-time digital evidence record hogi, jisse manual cheating ka scope khatam ho jayega.

Pehle ka track record kya kehta hai?

Company pehle se hi strict hai. 2021 se 2024 ke beech, IRCTC ne 54 show-cause notices diye hain, ₹5.13 Crore ka fine lagaya hai aur 6 vendors ke contracts bhi cancel kiye hain. Ab ye naya system is process ko aur fast banayega, jahan audit ke 24 ghante ke andar report submit karni hogi.

Investors ke liye kya hai insight?

Catering ek high-volume lekin thin-margin business hai. Modern base kitchens aur CCTV monitoring se company standardization lane ki koshish kar rahi hai. Magar, kya ye stricter audits operating margins ko improve karenge ya compliance cost ki wajah se short-term pressure banega? Ye dekhna hoga. Vendors par badhta compliance pressure aur contract renewals ab is stock ke liye main monitorable points rahenge.
