Jan 1, 2026 se Haryana ke NCR region mein jitne bhi delivery service providers, e-commerce companies, aur app-based cab walon ke fleet mein nayi gaadiyan aayengi, woh sirf CNG ya Electric hongi. Purely pollution control ke liye yeh kadam uthaya gaya hai, Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) ki guidelines ko follow karte hue. Ab companyo ko apne purane vehicles ko replace karne ya nayi gaadiyan lene ke liye zyada soch-samajh kar plan banana padega kyunki time bahut kam hai.
Delhi pehle se hi apne fleet norms tight kar raha hai, aur Haryana bhi ab ussi race mein aa gaya hai. State government khud bhi 500 electric buses buy karne ka plan bana rahi hai. Lekin asli challenge hai infrastructure ka. NCR mein CNG stations aur EV charging points toh hain, par kya woh sabhi operators ke liye enough honge, yeh dekhna hoga. Filhaal registration fees par 20% concession hai, aur sarkar 100% tax exemption bhi de sakti hai, jisse logo ko incentives mil sake.
Ab iski doosri taraf bhi dekhte hain. Yeh naya rule operators ke liye kaafi mehanga pad sakta hai. Electric ya CNG gaadiyan kharidne ka initial kharcha zyada hota hai. Aur EV mein charging time aur range ki chinta bhi hai, jo delivery business mein badi problem ban sakti hai. CNG ki availability bhi har jagah ek jaisi nahi hai. Agar companyo ne January 1, 2026 tak ise follow nahi kiya, toh unhe penalties lag sakti hain. Isse chote operators ko zyada dikkat aa sakti hai.
Market experts keh rahe hain ki pollution kam karne ke liye yeh shift zaroori hai. Yeh change short term mein pareshani dega, par long term mein EV, CNG, aur charging infrastructure companies ke liye growth ke mauke layega. Dekhna hai ki Haryana government ke incentives aur infrastructure development kitne effective rehte hain is bade transition ko manage karne mein.
