Rider Availability Ka Issue Abhi Bhi Hai
Riders ki availability mein problem toh abhi bhi hai, par companies ise manage kar rahi hain. Gig work model mein sab jagah ek jaisi availability nahi hoti, kisi city mein kami toh kahin excess supply ho sakti hai. Gig workers ki demand badh rahi hai par supply hamesha thoda peeche hi rehti hai, aur yeh gap ab sirf paisa udaa kar nahi bhara ja raha hai. Haalanki, abhi construction aur infrastructure sectors mein labour ki kami zyada hai, app-based gig work ke comparison mein.
