Aage kya hai DMRC ka plan?
Dekho, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) aur Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) milkar public transport ko next level par le ja rahe hain. Delhi ke Central Vista area mein 2 hydrogen-fueled shuttle bus chalayi gayi hain. Yeh ek bada step hai India ke sustainable transport goal ko support karne ke liye.
Yeh buses, har ek mein 35 passengers ki capacity ke saath, weekdays par chalengi. Inka main focus government employees aur visitors ke liye easy aur green transport provide karna hai. Yeh Central Secretariat aur Seva Teerth metro stations ko government offices se connect karengi, aur iska fare ₹10 se lekar ₹15 tak hoga.
Abhi toh battery-electric vehicles (EVs) kaafi chal rahe hain, par yeh initiative hydrogen fuel cells ka use kar raha hai. Yeh dikhata hai ki India alag alag tarah ke green energy options ko explore kar raha hai.
Indian Oil toh ismein badi investment kar raha hai. Woh log 2030 tak 18 GW renewable energy capacity banane ke liye ₹1 lakh crore se zyada kharch karne wale hain. Aur yeh buses aur fuel support bhi wohi provide kar rahe hain. Poora focus ab green energy par hai!
DMRC bhi sustainability mein peeche nahi hai. Woh already solar power use karte hain, regenerative braking ka system hai, aur unka target hai ki 2030 tak fully carbon neutral ho jayen. Unki FY25 ki revenue bhi ₹8,150 crore rahi hai. Haan, EVs ke comparison mein cost aur infrastructure ka thoda issue hai, par yeh ek important step zaroor hai future ke liye.
