- International Ports: Q3 mein ₹1,000 Crore ka revenue cross kiya aur EBITDA double ho gaya.
- Domestic Ports: Revenue 15% badha aur EBITDA all-time high par pahunch gaya, ₹4,877 Crore.
Aage Ke Liye Kya Plan Hai? (Guidance Update)
Company ne FY26 ke liye apni revenue guidance ₹38,000 Crore kar di hai, pehle yeh ₹36,000-38,000 Crore thi. EBITDA guidance bhi ₹800 Crore badha di hai, ab yeh ₹22,800 Crore hai. Capex budget ₹11,000-12,000 Crore par steady hai.
Long term mein, company ka target hai FY29 tak revenue ₹65,500 Crore aur EBITDA ₹36,500 Crore tak pahunchana. FY26 ke liye cargo volume guidance 505-515 MMT ke beech hai.
Loan Aur Cash Ka Kya Scene Hai?
December 31, 2025 tak gross debt ₹53,097 Crore tha, lekin cash balance bhi achha ₹11,807 Crore hai. Net Debt to EBITDA ratio 1.9x hai, jo ki 2.5x policy limit ke andar hai. Debt maturity ko bhi 5.6 saal tak extend kiya hai.
Naye Deals Aur Future Plans
Adani Ports ne Australia mein NQXT Australia ka acquisition poora kar liya hai. Vizhinjam port mein Phase 2 construction chal rahi hai (₹16,000 Crore ka investment). Dighi Port par auto export facility ke liye Motherson Group aur Karaikal Port par edible oil handling ke liye Tvarur Oils ke saath partnership ki hai. Kochi mein 1.3 Mn sq. ft. ka naya logistics park bhi bana rahe hain.
Sabse badi baat, credit rating agencies jaise JCR ne 'A-/Stable' rating di hai, aur Moody's, Fitch, S&P ne bhi outlook ko 'Stable' ya 'Positive' kar diya hai. Ye sab company ke strong performance ko dikhata hai.
