Yeh acquisition, Share Purchase Agreement ke through finalize hui hai, aur AGHPort ab Adani Enterprises Limited ki step-down subsidiary ban gayi hai. Yeh Adani ke ek bade plan ka hissa hai jahan woh ek complete aviation ecosystem banana chahte hain. Is ecosystem mein already airport operations, Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities, aur aircraft assembly jaise businesses shamil hain.
AGHPort jo load control aur ramp services deti hai, woh Amritsar, Jaipur, Lucknow, Dehradun, Udaipur, aur Varanasi jaise North India ke important airports par operate karti hai.
Strategic Benefits
Ground handling ko integrate karne se Adani ko ek zabardast competitive advantage milne ki ummeed hai. Operations par zyada control se cost reduction ho sakta hai aur service quality bhi behtar ho sakti hai.
