FY31 Tak Ka 'Double Impact' Plan?
APSEZ ke bosses ne FY31 tak revenue aur EBITDA ko 2X karne ka bada goal rakha hai, jismein December 2030 tak 1 billion tonnes cargo handle karne ka aim hai. Yeh karne ke liye, existing ports ko aur mazboot karna padega aur asset-light services mein bhi ghusna padega.
FY26 mein company ne ₹38,736 crore ka revenue report kiya, jo 25% upar hai, aur EBITDA bhi 20% badhkar ₹22,851 crore ho gaya. Yeh unke guidance se bhi zyaada hai!
Kahan Kahan Se Aaya Paisa?
Company ke alag-alag segments ne bhi tagda perform kiya hai:
- Domestic Ports: Revenue 13% badha aur EBITDA margin 73.2% maintain kiya.
- International Ports: Acquisitions ke baad revenue 34% badhkar ₹4,539 crore ho gaya, aur EBITDA margin 28.6% tak pahunch gaya.
- Logistics: Revenue 55% jump karke ₹4,478 crore ho gaya.
- Marine Operations: Toh ekdum explode kar gaya, revenue 134% badhkar ₹2,681 crore ho gaya!
Competitors jaise DP World bhi aise hi integrated models par kaam kar rahe hain, toh APSEZ bhi is race mein peeche nahi hai.
Debt Ka Scene Aur Funding?
Debt management mein bhi APSEZ achha kar raha hai. FY26 ke end tak net debt-to-EBITDA ratio 1.9x tha, jo pehle 2.3x tha. Matlab debt control mein hai. Company ne FY26 mein ₹15,320 crore ka capex bhi kiya hai. Future spending internal funds se hogi, toh acquisitions ke liye bhi space hai. Management ka target hai ki net debt-to-EBITDA ratio 2.5x se neeche hi rahega, jo pehle 3.0x-3.5x tha.
Credit ratings bhi stable hain India Ratings (AAA), Moody's (Baa3), aur Fitch (BBB-) se. Stock ka P/E ratio bhi sector ke average ke aas paas hai.
Kya Hain Risks Aur Challenges?
Itne bade targets achieve karne ke liye execution strong chahiye. Logistics market fragmented hai, jahan competition zyaada ho sakta hai. Indian ports sector mein bhi capacity add ho rahi hai, jisse margins par pressure aa sakta hai.
Environmental issues aur land acquisition ke purane concerns bhi hain. Promoter group ke political ties ko lekar bhi kuch charcha hai, haalanki analysts ka kehna hai ki funding par seedha asar nahi padega.
Aage Kya Hoga? (Outlook)
Indian ports sector mein 3-6% ka steady growth expected hai government initiatives ki wajah se. Analysts mostly 'Strong Buy' rating de rahe hain aur price target INR 1,800-2,000 ke beech mein de rahe hain. Kuch bearish scenarios mein target INR 800 tak bhi ja sakta hai, matlab stock performance future results par depend karega.
