Sarovar Hotels ke Chairman Ajay Bakaya aur CEO Jatin Khanna ne bola hai ki 2026 tak revenue ₹2,300 crore tak pahunch jayega, jo ki 15% zyada hoga. Aur yeh sab kaise ho raha hai? Simple hai, unka 'asset-light' model. Matlab, woh zyada paisa invest karne ki bajaye, dusron ke hotels ko manage karke profits kama rahe hain. Currently, unke 90% hotels aise hi contracts pe chalte hain, jisme unka capital investment kam lagta hai.
India Travel ki Power!
Bahar ki duniya mein kuch bhi ho raha ho, India ka domestic travel rukne wala nahi hai! West Asia mein jo tensions chal rahi hain, usse international travel thoda down hai, aur iska fayda seedha India ke hill stations aur pilgrimage spots ko ho raha hai. Flight tickets bhi mehngi hone se log India mein hi ghoom rahe hain. Hospitality sector bhi is saal 9-12% grow karega, aur occupancy rate bhi 72-74% tak pahunchegi FY2026 mein. Sarovar toh issi wave pe ride karne wala hai.
Naye Ventures aur Choti Cities ka Plan
Abhi lagbhag 250 hotels hain, par target 400 locations cross karna hai 5 saal mein. Sirf bade shehron mein nahi, choti cities, pilgrimage spots aur naye leisure destinations pe bhi focus karenge. Ek naya trend pakda hai unhone - 'branded residences'. Iske projects Greater Noida aur Ghaziabad mein shuru ho rahe hain. Yeh bhi growth ka bada source banega.
Competition ka Maidan?
Aisa nahi hai ki sirf Sarovar hi khel raha hai. Badi players jaise IHCL (Indian Hotels Company Limited) ka revenue ₹8,565 crore hai aur 392 hotels hain. Marriott bhi 2030 tak 500 hotels India mein chahta hai. ITC Hotels aur Radisson Hotel Group bhi peeche nahi hain. Sabki nazar choti cities pe hai, toh thodi competition toh badhegi hi.
Global Issues Ka Asar?
Chalo mann liya ki Sarovar ka focus India pe hai, par global problems ka ripple effect toh aata hi hai. West Asia ki wajah se international flights cancel ho rahi hain, prices badh rahi hain. Isse foreign tourists kam aa rahe hain. Energy prices ka tension aur Rupee ka girna bhi travel ko mehnga bana raha hai. Par domestic demand itni strong hai ki yeh sab issues lagbhag balance ho jayenge Sarovar ke liye.
Expansion Risks Bhi Hain
Itna fast expansion karna aasan nahi hota. Brand standards maintain karna, operations ko smooth rakhna, aur sabse important, choti cities mein competition se nibatna - yeh sab ek challenge hai. Branded residences jaise naye ventures mein bhi entry smooth honi chahiye. Lekin agar yeh sab hurdles paar kar liye, toh Sarovar ka future kaafi bright dikh raha hai.
