Gujarat mein Expansion ka Zor!
Lemon Tree Hotels apne growth plans mein full speed mein hai! Abhi unhone Gujarat ke Garudeshwar mein ek naya property sign kiya hai. Iske saath, state mein unke total hotels ki संख्या ab 32 ho gayi hai. Yeh hotel unki subsidiary Carnation Hotels manage karegi aur isme 90 rooms honge.
FY25-26 toh company ke liye kaafi zabardast raha hai. Is saal unhone 56 naye hotels sign kiye hain aur 20 hotels successfully open bhi kiye hain. Growth ka momentum ekdum top notch hai.
Par Tax Ka Bhi Chakkar?
Expansion ki yeh khushkhabri ke beech, ek ₹39.97 lakh ka Goods and Services Tax (GST) demand notice bhi aaya hai. Yeh notice unhone Delhi South CGST authorities se milne ke liye hai, aur yeh saal 2019-20 se lekar 2023-24 tak ke period ke liye hai. Pehle bhi companies ki subsidiaries ko aise notices mile hain, jaise Fleur Hotels ko ₹8.50 crore ka aur Berggruen Hotels ko ₹42.92 lakh ka. Company ka kehna hai ki isse koi bada financial impact nahi padta, par investors ab is par nazar rakhe hue hain.
Valuation Aur Future Outlook
Stock ₹114.55 pe band hua tha, jo apne 52-week high ₹180.60 se 36.57% neeche hai. Company ki market capitalization ₹9,075.18 crore hai. Aise mein, hotel industry toh 9-12% grow hone wali hai FY26 mein. Lemon Tree ka P/E ratio 41x ke aas paas hai, jo industry average 29.1x aur EIH Limited (Oberoi) ke 28.1x se zyada hai, par Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) ke 41.33x ke kareeb hai.
Analysts phir bhi positive hain, unke hisab se stock ₹165 se ₹175 tak ja sakta hai. Next 3 saalon mein revenue growth 10.5% per year rahne ki ummeed hai. FY28 ke baad margins aur improve ho sakte hain jab new investments kam honge.
