Government bhi is 'Orange Economy' ko support kar rahi hai, jisse tourism aur jobs badh rahe hain.
Ab is demand se hotels ko fayda toh hai, especially Tier 2 cities mein jaise Chandigarh, Lucknow, Shillong. Occupancy rates 60% se 80% tak badh jaate hain! Aur ye log price ki zyada tension nahi lete, toh hotels bhi acche rates charge kar paa rahe hain. Par scene ye hai ki ye demand ekdum se badh jaati hai, toh hotels ko apne systems ko fast adapt karna padta hai. Dynamic pricing, flexible bookings, aur concert-special packages chalane pad rahe hain. Venue ke paas hona bhi ab ek bada factor ban gaya hai.
Par bhai, iska ek dark side bhi hai. Jab demand event-specific hoti hai, toh events ke beech mein hotels khali bhi ho sakte hain, jisse financial stability par risk aa sakta hai.
