Welspun Living Limited ke board ne recently ek meeting mein kuch aham announcements kiye hain. Sabse pehle toh, unhone apne Anjar facility mein renewable energy power transmission ke liye jo capital expenditure (Capex) karne wale the, usko 112% tak badha diya hai. Pehle ye amount ₹75 Crore tha, jise ab badhakar ₹159.38 Crore kar diya gaya hai. Is investment se facility mein CTU connectivity, zameen khareedna, sub-station develop karna, aur renewable energy supply ke liye transmission lines lagane ka kaam hoga.
WCSL Mein 35% Stake Acquisition!
Iske alawa, company ne Welspun Corporate Services Limited (WCSL) mein 35% ka stake acquire karne ka bhi approve kiya hai, jiske liye unhone sirf ₹35,000 diye hain! WCSL pehle Welspun Home Textiles Limited ke naam se jaani jaati thi. Ye ab ek associate company ban jayegi aur pure Welspun Group ke liye ek centralized platform ki tarah kaam karegi, jahan se management aur support services manage hongi.
Management Mein Bhi Chhote Changes
Aur haan, management mein bhi kuch changes hue hain. Mr. Rajesh Jain ne Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) ke post se resign kar diya hai, jo March 31, 2026 se effective hoga. Unki jagah, Ms. Sonia Sharma ko Vice President – Human Resource appointed kiya gaya hai, jo April 01, 2026 se apna charge lengi.

Ab investors ko WCSL mein 35% stake ki acquisition jo March 31 tak poori hogi, use track karna chahiye. Anjar facility mein badhe hue Capex ka implementation aur WCSL ka group ke liye central service hub banne ka process bhi important rahega.
