Jabardast Badhti Costs Ne Ki Halat Kharab

Asal mein, West Asia mein jo gadbad chal rahi hai na, iska seedha asar hamare textile processing units par pad raha hai. Sabse bada drama hai LPG ka, jismein 19-kg cylinder ka rate ₹2,000 se seedha ₹4,000 ho gaya hai! Iske saath hi, global shipping routes par bhi delays ho rahe hain, jiski wajah se US jaane wale $2,000 ke container shipment ab $6,000 tak pahunch gaye hain. Ye sab faltu kharche exporters ki margins ko kaafi kam kar rahe hain.

Competitors Maarein Baazi?

Aur bhai, sirf costs hi nahi, India ke exporters ko Bangladesh aur Vietnam jaise competitors se bhi mushkil ho rahi hai. Wahan production costs kam hai aur unke paas better trade deals hain. Efficiency ka fark bhi hai – hamare workers per hour 8-10 T-shirts bana paate hain, jabki Bangladesh aur Vietnam mein ye 12-15 tak hai.

Cotton Import Duty Aur Dusre Kharchay

Is sab mein, 11% ka cotton import duty aur zyaada dard de raha hai. Industry wale keh rahe hain ki yeh duty hatani chahiye taaki prices match ho sakein. Yarn prices bhi 20-25% aur synthetic materials 40-50% tak badh gaye hain. Is wajah se exporters ko ya toh loss uthana pad raha hai, ya fir buyers order cancel kar rahe hain.

Chhote Businesses Pe Sabse Zyada Risk

Is poori situation mein sabse zyada risk MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) ko hai, jo textile sector ki reedh ki haddi hain. Chhoti companies itne badhte kharche, jaise dugna LPG price ya teen guna shipping cost, afford nahi kar pa rahi hain. Bade exporters shayad thoda loss bardasht kar lein, par chhote business band ho sakte hain. Upar se, unke paas Bangladesh aur Vietnam jitne Free Trade Agreements nahi hain, jis se wo market share kho rahe hain.

Aage Ka Kya Scene Hai?

Halanki, industry ka target hai ki 2030 tak $100 billion ka export karna hai. Government bhi PLI scheme aur PM MITRA Parks jaise initiatives se help kar rahi hai. Par agar yeh badhti costs aur competitive disadvantages ko theek se address nahi kiya gaya, toh yeh targets achieve karna mushkil hoga. Policy changes, jaise cotton duty hatana, aur efficiency badhana bahut zaroori hai.
