Telecom Sector News: Innovation ko milega boost, Government laayi Naye Sandbox Rules

Telecom sector mein ab tezi aayegi! Government ne 'Telecommunications (Regulatory Sandbox) Rules, 2026' announce kar diye hain, jisse companies bina kisi regulatory rukawat ke nayi tech test kar payengi.

Government ne officially 'Telecommunications (Regulatory Sandbox) Rules, 2026' launch kar diye hain. Iska seedha matlab ye hai ki telecom companies ab safe aur controlled environment mein apni nayi technologies ko test kar sakti hain. Ab tak jo lambe-chaude approval processes hote the, usse rahat milne wali hai.

Innovation ke liye khula naya raasta

Ab tak 'Telecommunications Act, 2023' aur 'TRAI Act, 1997' ke under companies ko kaafi complicated procedures se guzarna padta tha. Naye rules ke baad, government kuch requirements mein temporary waivers (chhoot) degi, agar company ye prove kar de ki unki technology secure hai.

Isse bureaucracy kam hogi aur India next-gen connectivity solutions ka hub banega.

Risk management aur time limits

Experimentation zaruri hai, lekin security se koi compromise nahi hoga. Government har trial par nazar rakhegi.

  • Trial ka initial time period 24 months ka hoga.
  • Zarurat padne par isse 12 months aur extend kiya ja sakta hai.

Investors ke liye kya hai?

Telecom aur digital infra space ke investors ke liye ye ek big positive sign hai. Nayi technologies—jaise private networks, IoT, ya AI-driven services—ko launch karna ab cheaper aur faster hoga. R&D mein investment badhega, jiska fayda long-term mein stocks ko mil sakta hai.
