TCS mein kaam karne wale kuch employees apne recent appraisal se pareshan hain. Unka kehna hai ki unka Cost to Company (CTC) kam ho gaya hai aur performance ratings bhi neeche aaye hain. CTC se gratuity ko exclude karne ke baare mein, TCS ne explain kiya, "Pehle, gratuity CTC ka hissa thi. Naye wage code ke andar, gratuity accruals badh gaye hain kyunki calculation ab basic salary ke bajaye wages se link ho gayi hai. Employees ko apni payslips mein higher gratuity accruals dikhenge."
