Chandrasekaran ne kaha, "100 ya 200 logon wale centers ka presence justify karna bahut difficult hai aur ye risk exposure ko unncessarily badha deta hai." Company ka plan hai ki woh apni presence ko consolidate karega aur future expansion plans ko carefully check karega taaki centers ka size justifiable ho aur proper governance ho.\n\n### Nashik Incident Ka Asar\n\nNashik incident mein 18 se 25 saal ki young female employees ne kuch allegations lagayi thi. Nashik police ne local branch mein alleged misconduct aur safety lapses ki investigation ke baad kai logon, jisme senior team leaders aur supervisors bhi shamil hain, ke khilaaf ek comprehensive chargesheet file ki hai.
