RRP Electronics ne Navi Mumbai mein apna naya AWLP production line inaugurated kiya hai. Pehle ye sirf entry-level packaging, jaise QFN (Quad Flat No-Lead) par focus karte the, lekin ab company high-value aur complex solutions ki taraf shift ho rahi hai jo aajkal ke modern gadgets ke liye zaruri hain.
AWLP kyun important hai?
Traditional tarike mein chips ko cut karne ke baad package kiya jata hai, lekin AWLP mein circuitry seedha wafer par integrate hoti hai. Isse chip ka size chota aur efficiency high ho jati hai, jo smartphones aur communication modules ke liye perfect hai. Sath hi, company ab SIM aur eSIM modules bhi locally banayegi, jisse imports par dependency kam hogi.

- Competition: Global OSAT players ke paas bahut bada scale aur purane client relations hain, unhe takkar dena aasaan nahi hoga.

- Obsolescence: Technology bahut fast badal rahi hai, isliye latest standards ke sath update rehna company ke liye sabse bada task hoga.
Investors ko ab ye dekhna hoga ki kya company bade scale ke orders grab kar pati hai aur apne order book ko kitni jaldi scale karti hai. Agle kuch quarters mein profit margins aur utilization rates par nazar rakhna zaruri hoga.
