Yeh deal Singapore waali Kirana Club Pte Ltd ki 100% stake aur unke Indian subsidiary Retail Pulse Labs Private Limited ki bhi kuch stake ke liye hai. Paisa teen hisson mein diya jayega aur sab kuch March 2027 tak final ho jayega.
