Zoho Office Rule: WFH Ko Bye Bye, PM Keh Rahe Fuel Bachao!
Overview

Arey suno sab! Zoho ke founder Sridhar Vembu ne ekdum kadak faisla suna diya hai. Woh company mein work-from-home (WFH) ko zyada nahi badha rahe hain. Unka kehna hai ki R&D (research and development) ke liye sabka office mein saath mein kaam karna bahut zaroori hai, taaki innovation achhi ho sake. Yeh direct contrast hai Prime Minister Modi ke us appeal se jismein fuel bachane ke liye WFH karne ko kaha gaya hai.

R&D Ke Liye Office Kyun Zaroori Hai Zoho Ke Hisaab Se?

Sridhar Vembu ko lagta hai ki jab log ek hi jagah par saath kaam karte hain, toh mushkil problems ko solve karna easy ho jata hai. Unhone notice kiya hai ki alag alag jagah hone par cheezein solve hone mein time lagta hai. Unke hisaab se, office mein spontaneity aur teamwork aasan ho jata hai, jo Zoho ke software development ke liye bahut important hai. Yeh strategy Zoho ki innovation pipeline ke liye ek strategic necessity hai.

Dusre IT Companies Kya Kar Rahi Hain?

Zoho ka yeh stand India ke bade IT sector se kaafi alag hai. Infosys, TCS, aur Wipro jaise badi companies toh ab WFH policies ko aur strict kar rahi hain.

  • Infosys toh ab monthly kam se kam 10 din office aana mandatory kar raha hai.
  • TCS toh kaafi employees ko full 5 din office waale model par shift kar chuka hai.
  • Wipro mein toh hafte mein 3 din office aana padega, kam se kam 6 ghante ke liye.
Industry mein sab log collaboration aur AI ke liye office wapas bula rahe hain, lekin Zoho apni alag path par chal raha hai.

Fuel Bachane Ke Liye Zoho Ke Dusre Efforts

Jabki Zoho WFH ko promote nahi kar raha hai, woh fuel saving aur environment ke liye dusre tarike apna raha hai. Woh employees ke liye electric bus fleets mein invest kar rahe hain, electric cooking try kar rahe hain aur solar power generation mein bhi kaafi paisa lagaya hai. Toh woh environment ka dhyan rakh rahe hain, bas WFH ke through nahi. Uttar Pradesh govt bhi eligible employees ke liye 2 din WFH model suggest kar rahi hai.

Talent Ko Attraction Ka Risk?

Lekin Zoho ke is strict policy ke kuch risks bhi hain. Aajkal ke competitive job market mein, agar company flexibility nahi deti toh kuch log dusri companies mein ja sakte hain jahan WFH ya hybrid options milte hain. Kuch studies yeh bhi kehti hain ki hybrid models aksar fully remote ya fully office se better perform karte hain employee retention aur productivity mein. Zoho ko shayad talent attract karne mein dikkat aa sakti hai agar woh flexible environment nahi dega.

Aage Kya Hoga?

Zoho ka yeh decision unki innovation culture par focus dikhata hai, national appeal se alag. Unki green initiatives bhi dikha rahi hain ki woh fuel efficiency ke baare mein soch rahe hain. Lekin yeh dekhna hoga ki kya Zoho ka office mein collaboration par zidd karna, talent ko attract karne aur retain karne mein help karega ya unke liye ek challenge ban jayega.
