Salary Hike ka 'Maza' ya Saza?
Sabse pehle toh ye jaan lo ki TCS ne apne employees ke liye annual salary hikes declare ki hain, jo 1st April se effective hain. Standard hike 4.5% se 7% tak hai, aur jo top performers hain unko 10% ya usse bhi zyada mil sakta hai. Lekin baat yahan nahi rukti. Bohot saare employees complain kar rahe hain ki unhe increment bahut kam mila hai, kuch ko toh 1.8% hi mila hai, aur compensation structure change hone ki wajah se salary cut bhi ho gaya! Company keh rahi hai ki ye sab India ke new labor codes aur tax efficiency ke liye kiya gaya hai, but employees ko lag raha hai ki unki 'take-home' salary actually kam ho gayi hai.
CEO ki 'Toofani' Salary vs. Employees ka haal
Jab employees dukhi hain, toh company ke FY26 annual report mein ek aur cheez ne sabki aankhein khol di hain. CEO K Krithivasan ki salary 6.3% badhkar ₹28.1 Crore ho gayi hai, jismein ₹25 Crore toh sirf commission hai! Ye salary, median employee ki salary se 332.8 guna zyada hai. Aur ye sab tab ho raha hai jab company ne FY26 mein 23,460 employees ko kam kar diya hai. Ye contrast logon ko bilkul pasand nahi aa raha.
Stock ka Kya Haal Hai?
In sab internal issues ke beech, TCS ka stock bhi zyada perform nahi kar raha. 15th May 2026 ko stock mein thoda upar aane ke baad bhi, ye ₹2267.20 pe close hua. Stock apne important moving averages se neeche trade kar raha hai aur 14th May 2026 ko toh ₹2,206.40 ka 52-week low bhi touch kar liya tha. Pure IT sector pe bhi pressure hai, jaise ki BSE IT index 1.82% gira. Industry mein bhi average salary hike 1.6% se 3.3% ke around hi rehne ka Andaaza hai.
Future Plan Aur Risk
TCS ne bola hai ki woh saal mein 100,000 employees ko AI ke liye train karenge. Lekin agar employees ko lagega ki unki mehnat ka sahi paisa nahi mil raha, toh morale down ho sakta hai aur log chhod kar bhi ja sakte hain, especially AI aur cloud ke experts. Company ka P/E ratio 16.65x se 17.63x ke beech hai, jo competitors Infosys aur Wipro se thoda zyada hai.
