Sequential bhi dekho toh Q2 FY26 se 1.03% neeche hai. Management ka kehna hai ki ye ek 'transitional period' chal raha hai kuch segments mein.
Profit Ka Dhamaka!
Lekin jahan revenue gira, wahin company ne margins par focus karke profit ko ekdum udaan di hai. Profit Before Tax (PBT) pichhle saal ke muqable 26.42% badhkar ₹135.21 crore ho gaya! Aur Q2 FY26 se toh poora game change ho gaya, jahan PBT sirf ₹2 crore tha, wahan ab ₹135.21 crore aa gaya hai! PBT margin 12.2% tak pahunch gaya. Profit After Tax (PAT) bhi 19.99% YoY badhkar ₹102.56 crore raha. Q2 FY26 mein jo ₹18.83 crore ka loss tha, ab ₹102.56 crore ka profit hai! PAT margin 9.3% hai. Aur EPS bhi ₹15.51 ka raha.
Management Ka Plan
Management ka kehna hai ki ye margin improvement isliye hui kyunki company ne naye clients jodte hain jo higher-margin areas mein kaam karte hain, aur existing products ko bhi optimize kiya hai. Matlab, sirf revenue badhane ki jagah, ab profitable growth par focus hai.

Aur haan, finance results ke saath ek badi khabar leadership change ki bhi hai. Mr. Rajdipkumar Gupta ab CEO se Managing Director (MD) ban gaye hain. Aur Mr. Tushar Agnihotri ab Company ke naye Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ban gaye hain, jo operations aur growth ko dekhenge. Ye changes 9th February 2026 se effective hain.
