PW ki Q3 FY'26 Performance: Numbers Check Karo!
Physicswallah Limited ne latest results mein investors ko khush kar diya hai. Quarter ending December 31, 2025, mein company ka revenue 34% badh kar ₹1,082 Crore ho gaya. Ye performance itni solid hai ki saal ke sirf pehle nau mahine mein hi PW ne FY'25 ka poora revenue pichhe chhod diya hai, jo ki ₹2,980 Crore hai aur 31% ka YoY growth dikhata hai.
Paisa Kahan se aa raha hai?
Bhale hi company ko ₹23 Crore ka one-time expense hua ho (labor code changes aur IPO costs ki wajah se), fir bhi PW ne apni profitability maintain rakhi hai. Pre-Ind AS EBITDA ₹219 Crore raha, jo ki 20.2% ka margin deta hai. Profit After Tax (PAT) ₹102 Crore pahuncha.
Company ka growth strategy double-pronged hai. Online business se 51% revenue aa raha hai aur isme 38% ka zabardast YoY growth hai. Offline segment se 46% revenue aata hai aur isme bhi 26% ki achhi growth dekhne ko mili hai.
Future ka Plan Kya Hai?
PW ka next target hai K-12 segment mein rule karna. Management ka kehna hai ki agle 5 se 7 saal mein K-12, test prep se bhi bada revenue generator ban jayega. Iske liye woh apne online platform 'Curious Junior' aur offline school models ko badha rahe hain.
AI mein bhi PW badi investment kar raha hai. 'PW Talks' aur 'Ask AI' jaise initiatives se learning ko ekdum personal banane aur teachers ko help karne ka plan hai.
Maze ki baat ye hai ki PW desh bhar mein 70 naye learning centers kholne wala hai. Saath hi, Sarrthi aur Utkarsh Classes jaise recently acquire kiye gaye businesses ko bhi successfully integrate kiya ja raha hai.
Marketing ka funda bhi smart hai - zero Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) wala community-led model. Poore FY'26 ke liye marketing expenses revenue ka 8-8.5% rehne ka andaza hai, jo pichhle saal se kam hai.
Ek aur important update yeh hai ki April 1, 2024 se PW apne online aur offline businesses ke liye alag-alag EBITDA report karega.
Kya Risks Hain?
Future toh achha lag raha hai, lekin kuch risks bhi hain. Jaise ki naye offline centers ko kitni jaldi aur kitni quality ke saath khola jata hai. Acquire kiye gaye businesses ko integrate karne mein challenges aa sakti hain aur K-12 space mein competition bhi badh raha hai. AI tools ka success bhi crucial hoga. Investors ab in nayi cheezon par nazar rakhenge.
