Labour code implementation ke ek-mukammal asar ko chhodkar, LTIMindtree ka adjusted net profit mazboot vriddhi dikhata hai. Attrition mein ek sakaratmak pravah dekha gaya, jo pichhle barah mahine ke basis par 13.8% tak sudhra. Karmchari utilization, trainees ko chhodkar, 86.9% ki swasth dar par report kiya gaya.

Margin Mein Sudhar

Quarter ke liye firm ka operating EBIT margin 16.1% tak sudhra. Yah sequential roop se 20 basis points aur year-on-year 230 basis points ka vistar darshata hai. Operating EBIT 30.7% YoY badhkar ₹17,371 million ho gaya.

Strategic AI Pivot Se Gati

LTIMindtree ke Chief Executive Officer aur Managing Director, Venu Lambu ne company ke strategic AI pivot ko performance ka ek pramukh chalak bataya. "Hamare mazboot Q3FY26 performance mein hamare strategic AI pivot, bade deals mein nirantar safalta, aur operational excellence ka asar dikhta hai," Lambu ne kaha. Unhone aage kaha ki company ka disciplined execution aur differentiated AI-led offerings munafewali vriddhi aur client outcomes mein yogdan de rahe hain.
