Dekho bhai, apna IT sector abhi ek bade debate ke beech mein hai. Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES), jo ki IT employees ki union hai, ne Central Govt aur Labour Ministry ko bola hai ki woh IT companies ke liye mandatory WFH enforce karein. Iske peeche ka reason? Desh ka fuel bachana aur PM Modi ke energy goals mein help karna. Yeh demand kaafi companies ke liye shock hai jo employees ko wapas office bula rahi hain.
NITES ka kehna hai ki pandemic mein WFH ne achha kaam kiya tha. Productivity bani rahi, clients ko service milti rahi. Isliye, jahaan ho sake, remote work continue karna chahiye taaki fuel bache, sadkon par bheed kam ho. Unke hisaab se, WFH sirf employee ka fayda nahi, balki economy aur desh ke liye bhi important hai. Sector ne remote tech par kaafi paisa lagaya hai, toh yeh practical hai.
Lekin dusri taraf, badi IT companies jaise Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, aur Wipro, hybrid models ki taraf badh rahi hain. Woh employees ko hafte mein 2-3 din office aane ko keh rahi hain. Company leaders ka kehna hai ki face-to-face milne se naye ideas aate hain, training hoti hai aur company spirit banti hai. Office ab sirf team work ki jagah ban rahe hain.
Yeh WFH ki demand energy crisis aur fuel saving ke concerns se judi hai. India waise bhi energy save karne, green transport ko promote karne aur imported fossil fuels kam karne par zor de raha hai. NITES ko lagta hai ki IT sector ismein bada role ada kar sakta hai. Companies ka bhi paisa bachega office space aur electricity mein, aur employees ka commute time kam hone se unki life bhi easy hogi.
Experts generally hybrid models ko best bol rahe hain, jismein employees ki choice aur company ki need dono ka balance ho. Pandemic mein WFH effective tha, par spontaneous creativity, naye staff ki training aur company culture kaise maintain hoga, yeh sawal abhi bhi hain.
Companies ko remote teams manage karne mein, cybersecurity risk mein, aur office buildings mein lagaye paise ka bhi tension hai. Agar permanent WFH ho gaya toh office wale plans wali companies ko problem ho sakti hai. Employee flexibility aur company goals ke beech yeh conflict chal raha hai.
Filhal, IT sector mein change aate rahega, aur hybrid model hi shayad future hai. Lekin NITES ki yeh demand aur desh ki energy saving ki zaroorat companies ko shayad apne RTO rules par dobara sochna padega. Final decision employees ki need, company strategy aur national goals ko balance karne par depend karega.
