Tata ka pehla Chip SEZ approved! India mein banegi apni semiconductor company, ₹91,000 Cr ka bada investment aa raha hai
Overview

Bhaiyo aur Behno, suno! India ne Tata ke liye apna pehla semiconductor fabrication SEZ approve kar diya hai Dholera, Gujarat mein. Poora **₹91,000 Cr** ka investment hoga! Yeh toh bas trailer hai, Micron, Kaynes, CG Semi aur Aequs jaise bade players bhi line mein hain. Sab game badalne wala hai kyunki June 2025 se SEZ ke naye rules aa gaye hain, jismein land ki requirement bhi kam ho gayi hai. India ab bahar se chips mangana kam karega aur khud banayega.

Toh hua kya hai ki June 2025 mein SEZ ke rules mein kuch bade changes aaye hain, aur isi wajah se semiconductor manufacturing mein boom aa raha hai. Sabse bada change yeh hai ki pehle chip aur electronics SEZs ke liye 50 hectares land chahiye thi, ab sirf 10 hectares mein bhi kaam chal jayega. Isse companies ke liye setup karna kafi easy ho gaya hai, aur chote startups bhi aasani se aa sakte hain. Plus, SEZ mein bane saman ko duty bhar ke apne desh mein bhi becha ja sakta hai, matlab bahut flexibility aa gayi hai.

Ab company wise dekhte hain toh Tata Semiconductor Manufacturing toh apna ₹91,000 Cr laga hi raha hai Dholera, Gujarat mein desh ke pehle fab plant ke liye. Fir aata hai Micron Semiconductor Technology India Pvt Ltd, jo Sanand, Gujarat mein ₹13,000 Cr ka Assembly, Testing, Marking, and Packaging (ATMP) SEZ bana raha hai. Kaynes Semicon Ltd ₹681 Cr aur CG Semi Ltd ₹2,150 Cr laga rahe hain assembly aur packaging sector mein. Aur Aequs Group bhi ₹100 Cr ka investment Dhalwad, Karnataka mein kar raha hai electronic components manufacturing ke liye.

Ye sab tab ho raha hai jab AI, 5G aur IoT jaise tech ke liye chips ki global demand tezi se badh rahi hai. India khud 90-95% chips import karta hai, aur FY24 mein toh yeh import 18.5% badh kar ₹1.71 lakh Cr ho gayi thi. Worldwide chip market 2030 tak $1 Trillion ko cross karne wala hai, aur India isme apna share banana chahta hai.

Aisa nahi hai ki India ne pehle try nahi kiya. 1984 mein Semiconductor Complex Ltd (SCL) bana tha aur 2007 mein bhi policy aayi thi. Lekin ab jo India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) hai, jiske paas ₹76,000 Cr ka budget hai aur jo 2021 mein establish hua tha, woh ek integrated approach dikha raha hai. Isme PLI schemes aur R&D support bhi mil raha hai.

Par bhai, semiconductor banana koi mamooli baat nahi hai. Isme bahut bada paisa lagta hai, profit aane mein saalo lag jaate hain aur Taiwan, South Korea aur China jaise established players se zabardast competition hai. Purani governments mein bhi policy consistency aur administrative delays ki problems aati rahi hain.

Phir bhi, experts ka kehna hai ki 2030 tak India ka semiconductor market $100 Billion tak pahunch sakta hai, 'Make in India' aur 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' jaise government programs ki madad se. Agar ye naye SEZs successful hue toh India ek major global semiconductor manufacturer ban sakta hai.
