Deloitte India mein 50,000 aur professionals ko onboard karne ka plan bana raha hai, jo current workforce ko 140,000 tak pahunchayega. Yeh expansion India ko global firm ke liye ek critical hub banata hai, jahan har 4 mein se 1 Deloitte employee Indian hai. Yeh announcement Romal Shetty, CEO of Deloitte South Asia ne TiEcon Mangaluru 2026 mein ki thi.

Shetty ne bataya ki firm Mangaluru mein enter karne ke "very close" hai, aur city ka available talent pool iska primary reason hai. Yeh move traditional hubs se hatkar Tier II aur Tier III cities ki potential ko leverage karne ki strategic shift dikhata hai.

Shetty ne global GCC sector mein India ki dominance ko highlight kiya, bataya ki sabhi GCCs mein se aadhe India mein hain.
