Q3 FY2026 ka 'Profit' wala result
Sabse badi baat, company Q3 FY2026 mein Profit After Tax (PAT) profitability mein aa gayi hai, jo ki pehli baar hua hai. Pichhle quarter mein ₹8.41 Cr ka loss tha, aur ab ₹2.71 Cr ka profit report kiya hai. Wah! Aur revenue ki baat karein toh Operations se revenue 39.2% badh kar ₹104.82 Cr pahunch gaya. Total income bhi 42.1% jump karke ₹124.55 Cr ho gaya.
Aur nine months (9M FY2026) ki baat karein toh revenue 37.3% YoY badh kar ₹265.73 Cr aur total income 39.7% YoY badh kar ₹289.18 Cr ho gaya. Loss Before Tax bhi ₹35.43 Cr se kam hokar ₹15.69 Cr ho gaya hai.
Kahan se aa raha hai paisa?
Company ke alag-alag segments ne bhi kamaal kiya hai. Distribution segment ka revenue 54% YoY badha hai, jismein PropTiger ki nayi acquisition ne bhi ₹30 Cr ka contribution diya hai. Iss segment ne ₹11.37 Cr ka profit bhi diya hai. Rental segment ka revenue 24% YoY badh kar ₹54.55 Cr hua hai, lekin ₹4.46 Cr ka loss report kiya hai. Capital segment mein bhi ₹0.74 Cr ka loss hai.
Ek aur interesting cheez yeh hai ki 'Other Income' ₹9.72 Cr ho gaya hai, jo pichhle quarter ke ₹5.16 Cr se kaafi zyada hai. Yeh mainly HelloWorld segment ke long-term lease rental contracts mein adjustments ki wajah se hua hai. Aur operational efficiency bhi sudhri hai, NestAway ne EBITDA margin mein 30% ka improvement dikhaya hai.
Future ka plan kya hai?
Company ka future plan ekdum clear hai. Woh growth ke liye cross-selling, data marketplace aur AI integration par focus kar rahe hain. PropTiger ko bhi integrate kar rahe hain. Management ka target hai FY2029 tak annualized revenue ₹1,000 Cr tak pahunchana, jismein 8-10% margins honge. Iss quarter mein hi annualized revenue ₹500 Cr cross karne ka andaaza hai.
Supreme Court ka co-living aur rental segments par GST ko lekar jo naya rule aaya hai, woh bhi company ke liye ek bada positive point hai. Aur woh log apne SM REIT product ke liye bhi pipeline bana rahe hain.
