India Ka Chip Mission Ab Full Power Mein!
ASML, jo advanced chip banane ke liye super important machines banati hai, India ke badhte semiconductor sector mein apna involvement badha rahi hai. Ye Dutch company ab Indian companies ke saath tie-up karne ke mood mein hai, aur ye sab India ke ambitious semiconductor mission ke according ho raha hai. India ka India Semiconductor Mission 2.0 (ISM 2.0) ab sirf chip fabrication tak limited nahi hai, balki pura ecosystem build karne pe focus kar raha hai. Government ne ISM 2.0 ke liye FY 2026-27 mein ₹1,000 crore bhi allocate kiye hain. Isse India apne semiconductor value chain – design, materials, equipment, aur chemicals – ko strong bana payega aur import pe dependency kam kar payega.
Chip Banane Mein ASML Ka Super Role
ASML semiconductor duniya mein ek king hai. Ye company extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography machines mein market dominate karti hai, jo sabse advanced chips ( 5 nanometers aur usse niche) banane ke liye zaroori hain. ASML ke paas overall lithography market ka 90% share hai aur ye EUV systems ki akeli supplier hai. TSMC, Intel, aur Samsung jaise bade players in machines pe depend karte hain. Ye machines 100,000+ parts se banti hain aur inke development mein ek decade laga hai, isliye is field mein enter karna bahut mushkil hai. ASML ka partnership Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH ke saath precision optics ke liye bhi hai, jo complexity dikhata hai. 2025 mein ASML ne €32.6 billion ki net sales report ki thi aur unka order backlog bhi kaafi bada hai.
Duniya Bhar Mein Chip Supply Chain Ka Pressure
Aajkal geopolitics ki wajah se chip industry mein kaafi changes aa rahe hain, especially Taiwan ke chip production mein central role ko dekhte hue. Taiwan mein concentrated production risks badha deti hai. Isliye, US, Europe aur Japan jaise countries apne domestic chip capabilities ko build karne ke liye kaafi paisa laga rahe hain. India ka semiconductor mission bhi is global trend ka hissa hai, jahan India ek potential manufacturing hub banne ki koshish kar raha hai, apne tech ecosystem aur skilled workforce ka fayda uthate hue.
AI Servers Aur Local Production Pe Focus
Iske alawa, India local AI server manufacturing pe bhi zor de raha hai. 'Make in India' AI server lines launch ho rahi hain. Government local hardware ko apni digital economy strategy ka core manta hai. Lekin AI servers bahut costly hote hain, jisme GPUs ka cost 70-92% tak hota hai. Yeh India ke incentive schemes ke liye challenge hai agar important components import ho rahe hon. Super Micro Computer jaise companies India mein local server manufacturing explore kar rahi hain, jo badhti demand dikhata hai.
India Ki Chip Dreams Ke Liye Challenges
ISM 2.0 ke expansion aur ASML ki interest ke bawajood, India ke chip goals mein kuch bade challenges hain. India ka ASML ki critical EUV technology pe heavily depend karna, advanced chip manufacturing plans ke liye ek single point of failure ho sakta hai. India mein mature fabrication plants ki kami, reliable power aur ultra-pure water jaise critical infrastructure ki gaps, aur specialized talent ki shortage bhi issues hain. Fabs banane mein massive capital expenditure lagta hai aur policy stability ko lekar bhi chinta rehti hai. ASML ka valuation bhi kaafi high hai, Price-to-Earnings ratio 47 ke upar hai, jo market shifts ya slower growth ke liye vulnerable ho sakta hai. ASML ka stock AI demand se bhaga hai, par high valuation caution dikhata hai. ASML China ko export karne pe bhi controls face kar raha hai, jo unka second-largest market tha.
ASML Aur India Ke Liye Aage Kya?
Analysts ASML ko lekar positive hain, AI revolution mein unke crucial role aur strong orders ko dekhte hue. India ke liye, ISM 2.0 ki success technological gaps ko bharne, materials aur equipment ke liye strong domestic supply chain banane, aur skilled workforce develop karne par depend karegi. Indian semiconductor market 2030 tak $100-$110 billion tak pahunchne ki umeed hai, jo ek bada opportunity hai agar India in challenges ko manage kar paye aur international partnerships ka fayda uthaye.
