Quick Commerce Mein Tagdi Competition!
Lekin, asli jung toh quick commerce mein chal rahi hai, jahan Swiggy ka Instamart bhi hai. Competition itna tagda hai ki ab sirf fast delivery nahi, profit bhi zaroori ho gaya hai. Instamart ka GOV 68.8% badhkar ₹7,881 crore ho gaya hai, lekin ab company ne aggressive growth se zyada profit margins par focus karne ka faisla kiya hai. Industry ab heavy discounts chhodkar sustainable business model ki taraf ja rahi hai.
Market share mein bhi Blinkit (jo Zomato ka hai) 37% ke saath aage hai, aur Zepto bhi IPO ki tayyari mein hai. Delivery speed ki baat karein toh Blinkit average 8 minutes, Zepto 10 minutes, aur Instamart 12 minutes le raha hai bade cities mein. Pata hai, Instamart ne apni 10-minute delivery app 'Snacc' ko bhi band kar diya hai, kyunki economics fit nahi baith rahi thi.
Analyston Ki Chinta
Kuch analysts bhi chintit hain, unhe lagta hai ki Instamart ki growth kam ho sakti hai is strategy change se. Ek brokerage firm ne toh Swiggy ko 'Reduce' rating bhi de di hai. Aur company ne pichhle saal January 2023 mein 380 employees ko bhi nikala tha, jo company ke rapid expansion aur phir cost-cutting ke history ko dikhata hai.
