New Defence and Spacetech Fund Launched
360 ONE WAM ki subsidiary 360 ONE Asset ne defence technology aur spacetech sectors ke liye ek naya multi-stage venture capital fund shuru kiya hai. Fund ka initial target corpus ₹1,000 crore hai aur yeh poori tarah domestic investors dwara backed hai. Abhishek Nag, head of early-stage VC at 360 ONE Asset, ne bataya ki firm ek greenshoe option exercise karne par विचार kar rahi hai, jisase fund ka total size ₹1,500 crore tak badh sakta hai, aur zyada investor demand ko accommodate kar sakta hai.
Fund ka aim growth, late-stage, ya pre-IPO phases mein lagbhag 15 se 20 deeptech companies mein invest karna hai. Company ke broader asset management platform mein venture capital aur private equity arm mein INR 30,000 crore se zyada manage hote hain, aur total alternative aur public market assets under management $10 billion ke paas hain. Financial Performance and Market Standing
Fund launch ke saath parallel, 360 ONE WAM ne fiscal year 2026 ki teesri quarter (ending December 31, 2025) ke liye strong financial results report kiye hain. Profit After Tax (PAT) mein 20.3% ka year-on-year increase dekha gaya, jo ₹331 crore tak pahunch gaya. Quarter ke liye total revenue 21.8% YoY badhkar ₹826 crore ho gaya, aur revenue from operations 33.2% badhkar ₹806 crore ho gaya.
