SEBI ne aaj announce kiya hai ki woh Indian financial markets ko AI-driven cyber hamlon se bachane ke liye ek nayi initiative le rahe hain. Iske liye unhone 'Cyber-Suraksha.ai' naam ki ek special task force banayi hai, jisme market infrastructure institutions (MIIs), registrars, aur doosre regulated entities ke representatives shamil hain. Yeh ek bada shift hai cybersecurity mein, jahan ab sirf rule follow karne ki bajaye 'cyber trustworthiness' mein leadership dikhani hogi.

AI Ka Khatra Kya Hai?

AI tools system ki kamzoriyon ko tezi se pakad sakte hain, lekin isi wajah se data breach aur applications mein gadbad hone ka risk bhi kaafi badh gaya hai. SEBI ko pata hai ki agar ek jagah problem hui toh poore interconnected financial market mein disaster aa sakta hai. Isliye, operating systems aur applications ko jaldi se patch karna hoga, aur regular vulnerability checks karne honge, jisme AI tools ka bhi use kiya jayega. Strong security settings, access controls, aur Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) ko implement karna bahut zaroori hai attack points kam karne ke liye. Srinivas Yadav Karri, jo KFin Technologies ke CISO hain, unka kehna hai ki AI ke systemic risks connected platforms aur third-party vendors par bharose se aate hain.

Duniya Bhar Mein Bhi Yahi Trend Hai

India ka yeh step global trend ke hisaab se hai. America, Singapore aur Europe mein bhi regulators AI ko manage karne aur cybersecurity ko priority de rahe hain. International Monetary Fund (IMF) ne bhi warn kiya hai ki AI vulnerabilities ko exploit karne ka time aur cost dono kam kar sakta hai, jo financial stability ke liye risk hai. Bank of England ke governor ne bhi kaha hai ki AI cyber-risk landscape ko fundamentally badal sakta hai.

Challenges Abhi Bhi Hain

Lekin, sab kuch itna aasaan nahi hai. India ke banking sector mein abhi bhi purane legacy systems, outdated coding languages aur fragmented software hain, jinhe AI exploit kar sakta hai. Praveen Kumar, MD & CEO of Barclays Global Service Centre India, ka kehna hai ki purane defense measures AI threats ke samne kaam nahi aayenge, iske liye AI-powered countermeasures chahiye. Third-party vendors par bharosa bhi ek badi problem hai, kyunki supply chain mein ek bhi compromise poori industry ko affect kar sakta hai. KFin Technologies jaise companies is environment mein operate kar rahi hain, jiska P/E ratio May 2026 tak lagbhag 40.87 tha, jo industry average 54.73 se kam hai. Ye company lagbhag debt-free bhi hai aur pichle paanch saalon mein isne healthy profit growth dikhaya hai.

Aage Kya?

SEBI ke is kadam se cybersecurity infrastructure aur solutions mein kaafi investment badhne ki umeed hai, jiska fayda IT service providers ko hoga. KFin Technologies jaise companies multi-layered defenses, encrypted APIs, aur disciplined patch management par kaam kar rahi hain, aur SBOM practices ke through advanced testing aur supply chain transparency ko evaluate kar rahi hain. AI-assisted defenses ka widespread adoption, continuous monitoring, aur regulators aur market participants ke beech enhanced collaboration India ke financial markets ko aur zyada resilient banayega.
