US Solar Sector ke liye badi khushkhabri! Courts ne rok diya EPA ka $7 Billion wala plan

US federal court ne EPA ke us plan ko jhatka diya hai jismein **$7 Billion** ka 'Solar for All' program cancel karne ki koshish ki gayi thi. Ab ye funding wapas restore hogi, jisse **900,000** low-income families ko fayda milega.

Court ka bada faisla, Solar sector mein aayi jaan

Rhode Island ke federal court ne ek major ruling di hai jisse US government ka $7 Billion wala 'Solar for All' initiative wapas track par aa gaya hai. District Judge Mary McElroy ne EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) ke us kadam ko illegal bataya hai, jismein agency ne August 2025 mein is program ko band karne ki koshish ki thi. Court ka kehna hai ki Congress ne ye funds already approve kar diye the, isliye EPA ke paas inhe rokne ka koi legal right nahi tha.

Kya chal raha hai power corridors mein?

EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin is grant ko fiscal 'boondoggle' bol kar band karna chahte the, jo ki unki 2022 climate policy ko dismantle karne ki strategy ka part tha. Ye program bade $27 Billion wale Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund ka hissa hai, jis par abhi bhi kaafi political kheecha-taani chal rahi hai.

Investors ke liye kya matlab hai?

Renewable energy mein invest karne wale logo ke liye ye ek relief ki baat hai. Ab residential solar projects ke liye demand pipeline clear hai. Solar equipment banane wali companies aur installation service providers ke liye ye regulatory certainty ek bada positive signal hai.

Halanki, abhi bhi risk baaki hai. Ye ruling sirf $7 Billion ke liye hai, jabki bada $27 Billion ka fund abhi bhi legal challenges face kar raha hai. Administration shayad appeal kare, isliye abhi thoda wait and watch wala scene hai. Green energy ab US power grid mein coal se bhi aage nikal chuki hai, par policy changes ka asar seedha stock prices par padta hai. So, market mein nazar rakhna zaroori hai!
