Arre suno! India mein ab purane wind turbines ko hata kar naye, powerful models lagane ka plan chal raha hai. Isse bina naye land ke **25 GW** capacity badh jayegi! Investors ke liye Suzlon aur Inox Wind jaisi companies mein mauka hai, par Defence Ministry se clearance ek bada challenge hai.

New and Renewable Energy Ministry (MNRE) ne plan banaya hai ki India ke purane wind power projects ko 'repower' kiya jayega. Matlab, jo purane aur kam capacity wale turbines 20 saal chal chuke hain, unki jagah modern, efficient turbines lagayenge. Minister Pralhad Joshi ne kaha hai ki isse 100 GW wind energy capacity ke goal ko jaldi poora karne mein madad milegi, jo 2030 se pehle achieve karna hai.

Operational Challenge kya hai?
Potential toh bahut hai, par execution mushkil hai. Border areas ya military installations ke paas wale wind energy projects ko Ministry of Defence se No-Objection Certificate (NOC) chahiye hota hai. Security reasons se, jaise ki turbines ka defense radars ya flight path mein interfere karna, kabhi kabhi delays ho jaate hain ya turbines ko specific operations ke dauraan band karne padte hain.
Yeh NOCs shartein laga kar diye jaate hain, jismein developers ko SCADA systems lagane hote hain jo defense authorities ke request par turbines ko remote operate ya band kar sakein. MNRE aur Defence Ministry ke beech chal rahi baat cheet ka aim hai ki clearances ke liye ek transparent aur predictable process banaye, jo investors ke liye large-scale repowering mein invest karne ke liye zaroori hai.
Investors ko kya track karna chahiye?
Investors ko kuch cheezein follow karni chahiye jaise policy mature hoti hai:
- Repowering policy par clear guidelines, especially financial incentives ya viability gap funding ke baare mein, taaki purane turbines ko replace karna commercially attractive ho jaye.
- Defence Ministry clearances ki speed par nazar rakhein. Agar approvals digitize aur streamline ho rahe hain, toh projects jaldi install ho payenge.
- Major turbine manufacturers ke order books aur project execution updates dekhein. Agar repowering contracts mil rahe hain, toh iska matlab hai ki industry policy ko real revenue mein badal rahi hai.
- Demand ki consistency aur grid infrastructure development bhi important hai. Jab higher-capacity turbines lagaye jayenge, toh local grid ko us load ko handle karna padega, isliye grid upgrades bhi project success ke liye zaroori hain.
