States Ki Pocket Mein Paisa, Par Target Poora Karo!

Basically, government ne apna plan saaf kar diya hai. States ko jo ₹2 lakh crore ka special loan milne wala hai, jo 50 saal tak interest-free hai, uska bada hissa ab renewable energy adoption par depend karega. Finance aur Power Ministry ne isko approve kar diya hai. Target ye hai ki states zyada se zyada solar aur other clean energy use karein, taaki energy security badhe aur imports kam ho.

Ghar Ka Solar Banega, China Se Chhutkara?

Government sirf loans hi nahi de rahi, balki solar panel banane ke liye zaroori raw material, jaise ki polysilicon, ki domestic manufacturing ko bhi push kar rahi hai. India abhi bhi China se bahut import karta hai, especially upstream components ke liye. Is gap ko bharne ki koshish hai, taaki supply chain stable rahe. Lekin bhai, Polysilicon banana itna bhi easy nahi hai; high energy costs aur international competition bahut hai.

Developers Ke Liye Nai Pareshani: Grid Penalties!

Ek taraf yeh sab ho raha hai, doosri taraf renewable energy developers ke liye kuch rules aur sakht ho rahe hain. CERC ne grid deviations ke liye penalties badhane ka plan banaya hai. Yeh rules April 2027 se poori tarah lagoo ho sakte hain, haalaanki Karnataka High Court ne kuch cheezein temporary rok di hain. Developers ka kehna hai ki solar aur wind power unpredictable hote hain, aur isse financial loss ho sakta hai. Yeh naye rules 500 GW renewable energy ke target ko achieve karne mein rukawat ban sakte hain.

Manufacturing Mein Challenges Aur Market Ki Competition

India mein polysilicon aur wafer manufacturing start karna ek bada challenge hai. China ke players already bahut strong hain. High energy costs aur tech advancement ki kami se India ki reliance imports par bani rah sakti hai. Adani Green Energy, Tata Power, aur Waaree Renewable Technologies jaise companies is sector mein hain. For example, Adani Green ka P/E ratio 115x ke upar hai aur debt-to-equity ratio 5 se bhi zyada, jo high leverage aur valuation dikhata hai. Tata Power aur Waaree bhi isi challenging environment mein kaam kar rahe hain.

Aage Ka Outlook

India ka 2030 tak 500 GW non-fossil fuel power ka target bahut ambitious hai. Experts ko growth toh dikh rahi hai, but yeh naye financial aur regulatory measures kitne effective hote hain, yeh dekhna hoga. Domestic supply chain ko strong banane ke liye investment aur technology dono chahiye. Grid penalty rules par clarity aur manufacturing mein progress se investors ka confidence badhega aur market mein paisa aayega.
