Enviro Infra ka Wind Energy mein Naya Kadam

Enviro Infra Engineers ne apne subsidiary EIE Renewables Private Limited ke through Suyog Urja Limited ki 100% stake khareed li hai. Yeh ek strategic deal hai jisse company renewable energy market mein apni position aur mazboot karegi. Deal Share Purchase Agreement ke through hui hai.

Deal ki Details Aur Suyog Urja ka Performance

Yeh kharidari thodi phases mein hogi. Pehle EIE Renewables Suyog Urja ka 51% stake khareedegi, aur baki 49% stake agle 27 mahine mein li jayegi. Poori deal ki cash price lagbhag ₹311 Crore hai. Suyog Urja, jo ki 2008 mein bani thi, usne FY25 mein ₹171.99 Crore ka audited turnover report kiya hai, jo FY24 ke ₹86.71 Crore aur FY23 ke ₹53.34 Crore se kaafi zyada hai. March 31, 2025 tak, uski net worth ₹30.34 Crore thi.

Suyog Urja ka Experience Aur Projects

Suyog Urja renewable energy infrastructure mein kaafi experienced hai aur India ke alag-alag states mein wind aur solar projects complete kar chuki hai. Unhone 500 MW se zyada renewable energy projects complete kiye hain aur unka order book lagbhag ₹645 Crore ka hai. Unke clients mein Tata Power Saurya Limited, Vibrant Energy, aur Suzlon Energy Limited jaise bade naam shamil hain.

Enviro Infra Engineers ka kehna hai ki yeh acquisition unke EIE Renewables ke liye alag-alag energy sources diversify karne, geographic presence badhane aur wind energy capacity ko grow karne mein madad karegi.
