Agar valuations ki baat karein toh Sobha ka P/E ratio lagbhag 43.28 hai (market cap ~₹27,670 crore). Yeh DLF (P/E ~60.07) aur Godrej Properties (P/E ~66.28) se kam hai, par Prestige Estates (P/E ~39.84) ke aas paas hai. Matlab valuation ke hisaab se kahin kahin competitors se saste lag rahe hain.

Agar wahan kuch gadbad hui, jaise koi local slowdown ya policy changes, toh company ko impact ho sakta hai. Aur yeh jo zameen kharidne par itna paisa laga rahe hain, usme bhi risk hai ki land costs badh jayein ya projects develop hone mein deri ho jaye, jisse margins pe asar pad sakta hai.
