Deal ke hisaab se, INGKA Centres India, jo Ingka Group ka part hai, hotel building banayegi. Samhi Hotels ki subsidiary, SAMHI Skyline, building ready hone ke baad interior fit-outs aur branding ka kaam dekhegi. Yeh ek long-term lease/sub-lease hai, jisme dono companies ke beech koi shareholding ya related party transaction nahi hai.

Revenue Share Par Rental Deal

Sabse interesting baat yeh hai ki rental payment 'revenue-share model' par hogi. Matlab, SAMHI Skyline hotel ki net operating revenue ka kuch percentage rent ke roop mein degi. Lease kuch conditions par depend karti hai, jaise ki necessary building permits milna.
