Arre suno, Puravankara ne Q3 FY26 mein apne results se sabko chaunka diya hai! Standalone revenue mein 282.5% ka zabardast jump dekha gaya, jo ₹199.50 crore se badhkar ₹723.32 crore ho gaya. Aur sabse badi baat, pichhle saal jo ₹82.49 crore ka loss tha, woh ab ₹63.79 crore ke profit mein badal gaya! Matlab full turnaround dikhaya hai company ne.
Agar consolidated numbers dekhein toh bhi story kuch aisi hi hai. Revenue 236.1% badhkar ₹1,069.31 crore tak pahunch gaya, aur loss ki jagah ab ₹58.34 crore ka profit aa raha hai. Iske piche operational performance bhi mast rahi, pre-sales 17% badhkar ₹1,414 crore aur collections 22% badhkar ₹1,140 crore hui hain.
Ek choti adjustment ₹1.35 crore (standalone) aur ₹2.20 crore (consolidated) ki employee benefits ke liye bhi hui hai, due to new Labour Codes.

Company ko income tax disallowances ki wajah se potential tax liabilities ka saamna karna pad sakta hai, jo ₹40.59 crore (standalone) aur ₹61.81 crore (consolidated) tak ja sakti hain. Plus, Benami property ke cases bhi chal rahe hain jinme ₹13.20 crore ki valuation hai. Management confident hai ki yeh sab solve ho jayega, par abhi koi specific future guidance nahi di hai, toh investors thoda dekh kar chalenge.

Financial results ke alawa, Board ne kuch important decisions bhi liye hain. Mr. Ashish Ravi Puravankara ko MD ke post par 5 saal ke liye dobara appoint kiya gaya hai. Company apni do wholly-owned subsidiaries ko merge karne wali hai taaki investments optimize ho sakein. Ek nayi subsidiary KVN Property Holdings LLP bhi banayi gayi hai. Aur subsidiaries ne ₹577 crore ke non-convertible debentures bhi issue kiye hain. Plus, company ne 9MFY26 mein ₹13,900 crore ki GDV wale projects bhi add kiye hain. Overall, growth par focus hai!
