Kya hua hai?

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. ne Bangalore Airport City Ltd. (BACL) ke saath deal sign ki hai. Iske tehat, Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru campus ke andar 14.2 acres par ek convention aur hospitality hub develop kiya jayega. Company is project mein lagbhag ₹1,800 crore invest karne ka plan bana rahi hai. Development 2027 mein start hoga aur pura operation 2031 tak start hone ki ummeed hai. Project mein ek high-tech convention aur exhibition center hoga, saath hi St. Regis aur Marriott Marquis brands ke do luxury hotels bhi honge, jinmein lagbhag 500 rooms hongi.

Investors ke liye yeh kyun important hai?

Shareholders ke liye, yeh project company ke commercial aur annuity income wale assets ko badhane ki taraf ek bada kadam hai. Prestige Estates ko mostly residential projects ke liye jaana jaata hai, par ab bade infrastructure aur hospitality assets mein entry se long-term revenue streams create hone ki ummeed hai.
