Strong Financials Support Expansion

Net profit poora 7 guna badh gaya, pahunch gaya ₹2,447 Crore par, jabki pehle yeh sirf ₹322 Crore tha. Profit attributable to owners bhi 4 guna se zyada ho gaya, ₹2,226 crore se ₹177 crore tak. Revenue bhi double ho gaya. Yehi wajah hai ki company ke paas itne bade projects karne ke liye paisa aur confidence dono hai. Waise bhi, unke paas poori 128 ongoing projects hain, jisme 195 million sq ft area hai, aur 313 completed projects bhi hain. P/E ratio hai lagbhag 45x aur market cap hai around ₹35,000 Crore. DLF aur Godrej Properties jaise competitors ka market cap bhi tagda hai, around ₹80,000 Crore aur ₹40,000 Crore respectively.
Potential Challenges: Competition and Execution Risk
Lekin haan, har deal mein kuch challenges toh hote hi hain. NCR market mein competition bohot hai, jaise DLF aur Godrej Properties bhi yahan bade players hain. Upar se Gurugram mein zameen ke daam bhi badh rahe hain, toh profit margins pe thoda pressure aa sakta hai. Ye 3 million sq ft ka project manage karna, time pe finish karna, aur paise bachana, yeh sab bohot important hoga. Pichli baar bhi jab Prestige ne aise bade deals kiye the early 2025 mein, toh stock mein bas 5-8% ka hi gain dekha gaya tha. Analysts bhi mostly positive hain, 'Buy' ya 'Hold' rating de rahe hain, lekin kuch log margin sustainability ko lekar thode cautious hain.
